These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at csigproperties.com (the “Site”), operated by Cornerstone Investment Group LLC (“Cornerstone,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you (“Visitor” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

A separate Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information you provide through the Site. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you submit comments, suggestions, or other feedback to us regarding the Site (“Feedback”), you agree that Cornerstone may use that Feedback without restriction or compensation to you, and that the Feedback is not confidential or proprietary information belonging to you.

7. Real Estate Brokerage Disclosure

Cornerstone Investment Group provides real estate investment and property-related services in Colorado. Its principal is licensed with the Colorado Real Estate Commission and currently affiliated with Gala Group, LLC, a licensed Colorado real estate brokerage. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or buy real property, a guarantee of property availability, condition, or pricing, or the formation of a brokerage, agency, or client relationship. Any such relationship is established only through a separate, signed written agreement in accordance with Colorado Real Estate Commission requirements.

8. Restrictions on AI Training and Analysis

You agree that you will not, and will not permit or authorize any third party to, use any content from the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, property information, or any other materials made available by Cornerstone (“Cornerstone Content”) to train, develop, improve, or enhance any artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technology or system (“AI System”). This restriction includes using Cornerstone Content as training, fine-tuning, or test data for an AI System, incorporating such materials into a dataset used for that purpose, or inputting Cornerstone Content into an AI System for the purpose of analysis, processing, summarization, or transformation. This restriction applies regardless of whether the AI System is commercial or non-commercial, or publicly available or proprietary. Nothing in this Section limits your right to use the Site and its content for their intended purpose under these Terms.

9. Links to Third-Party Sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Cornerstone is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. You access third-party sites at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content made available through it are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Cornerstone does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any property information presented on the Site is complete, current, or accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Cornerstone’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will not exceed ten US dollars ($10).

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute between you and Cornerstone arising out of or relating to your use of the Site will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its expedited rules then in effect. The arbitration will be held in Boulder, Colorado. This provision does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court, where available, or to claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on the Site with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Site. The Site is not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, children under the age of 18.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where superseded by the arbitration provision in Section 12.
